Twitter has launched a monetization feature that will allow users to earn money from their content.

Twitter has launched a monetization feature that will allow users to earn money from their content. They will be able to monetize both text content and video content.
For 12 months, content creators will receive all the money they earn, minus the iOS and Android commission, which will be 30%, and on the web — 8%. At the end of the year, the fees for iOS and Android will drop to 15%, and Twitter will add another fee to that.
The feature appeared in the "Subscriptions" menu on April 14, but was available in a limited mode. Now it is available to all users in more than 110 countries.

To enable monetization, your Twitter account must be active for three months or more. It must also have at least 10,000 followers and 25 tweets in the past 30 days.

Twitter will allow content makers to keep up to 92% of revenue until they earn $50,000. After that amount, the user's revenue share drops to 80%. To organize payments, Twitter intends to cooperate with the Stripe payment system.

The company said it plans to include "newsletters and other features as potential bonus content" in the future.

In the meantime you can monetize by selling subscriptions on Twitter
